Summer CSA
(Community Shared Agriculture)

The program is slated to run for 20 weeks from the beginning of June until Thanksgiving. It will be a free choice, buffet-style pick-up at one of the three pick-up locations:
  • The Farm in Eugenia on Thursdays from 3-6 pm
  • The Collingwood Farmers Markets on Saturday's from 8-Noon
  • The Thornbury Farmers Markets on Sunday's from 10-2
As mentioned, the program will involve pick-ups in which CSA members get to pick and choose their veggies & herbs for a fully personalized selection.

The program consists of well-balanced weekly assortments of vegetables and is sized to feed a couple, one veggie-loving individual, or a small family who are planning to supplement with a small home garden.

Spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Seed orders are in and this year CSA members can expect to see the following crops:

Spinach, arugula, salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, brocolli, head lettuce, carrots, beets, cabbage, radishes, salad turnips, onions, garlic (a small amount but this will be a CSA-only perk!!), kale, swiss chard, nappa cabbage, zucchini and summer squash, dill, cilantro, parsley, basil, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, sugar snap peas, bok choi, potatoes and winter squash (again another limited offering quite possibly for CSA members only).

To sign up contact us and indicate which pick-up location you would like to make your primary pick-up option.  I look forward to hearing from you!
